ECMO VA, right femoral vein/ascending aorta

Patient with Covid 19 and LV failure refractory under mechanical ventilation to the treatment undergone central ECMO with inflow access right femoral vein and outflow access to the ascending aorta all cannulation exits from cutaneous area.

Central cannulation done for patient because no any peripheral access were patent for cannulation due to stenosis or thrombosis by covid 19.
