Train the Trainers ECMO

European edition: the course to prepare ECMO educators to design, deliver, and evaluate high-quality, simulation-based training in accordance with ELSO educational standards, combining sound instructional design, effective debriefing, and practical management of the simulation environment.

Target audience: ECMOlogists, including physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and perfusionists – who have substantial experience (minimally 5-7 years) in ECLS and are looking to transition into or improve training roles.
