Implantation of Syncardia Total Artificial Heart in Patient with severe biventricular failure with the usage of CPB as well as Bicaval toal inflow cannulation and aortic cross clamp without usage of cardioplegia and ventricular resection at the level of Atrioventricular Groove and deairing the system with Syringe Bulb and Drive cannula from upper abdomen to and from heart to the system of TAH , with Thanks to NMH in OR team as well as Chicago Syncardia and CTI.
