Left ventricular aneurysm as a result of extensive myocardial infarction undergone left ventricular resection of aneurysm as well as LV reconstruction with two parallel teflon felts for secure hemostasis and finally i applied bioglue for further hemostasis case was done under CPB with custodiol as CP and weand uneventfully from CPB.
