Patient with previous gunshot injury to abdominal area and exit site from medial of thigh came with complaint of high out put cardiac failure in sono and TTE as well as TEE presence of fistula between aorta and IVC confirmed and aneurysm of DTA and AAA undergone one stage repair with closure of DFA to venous site and torture of aorta controlled with external wrap.
