Extensive huge and mediastinal mass

Patient with extensive huge and mediastinal mass and TTE suggestive for tamponade and constrictive pericarditis and all chambers were compressed by tumor completely excised and pathology was concordant with sarcoma reason for this extensive surgery at this step was hemodynamic and dyspnea of the patient.
