CABG Off Pump with severe ischemic mitral valve regurgitation

Patient with severe ischemic mitral valve regurgitation as well as low LVEF 20 and dialysis dependent undergone Off Pump CABG with SVG to right territory and SVG to both Diag and CX and Ramus and LIMA to LAD early post operative and intra operative TEE showed mild or trivial Residual MR without any intervention for MR just revascularisation.
