CABG 5 grafts with cross clamp

Patient with very very poor CAD in CAG and cutoff RCA and LAD undergone off pump complete revascularisation with 5 grafts with cross clamp but teaching note is without usage of clamp for proximal and one proximal anastomoses to the arch of aorta because of paucity of plaqueless place.
