Ascending aortic dissection reoperation (Redo)

Patient with previous Aortic valve replacement and in second step ascending Aorta replacement for dissection came with sinus aneurysm undergone redo ascending replacement and arch replacement with triflex and finally triflex end to end anastomoses to tube graft of ascending aorta all of arch vessels anastomoses performed and during operation perfusion of brain continued by side branch of triflex
