Aortopulmonary fistula

Patient with previous COVID 19 and aortopulmonary fistula undergone Right side mini thoracotomy and and aort to lung cavity due to COVID 19 necrosis completely sealed and closed postoperative phase of patient was uneventful with acceptable saturation all of procedure done without usage of CPB and heparinisation of the patient.
