Patient with previous CMVC and MVR and one episode of AVR came with complaint of severe TR and hemolytic anemia undegone tri-do aortic valve pannus removal then tricuspid valve repair with modified repair operation and due to length of operation finally MUF you can see postoperative TTE of the patient.
