Use of CytoSorb in infectious hemolytic uremic syndrome with acute renal failure due to urosepsis following urinary tract infection

This case reports on a 76-year-old male patient who was admitted to Emden Hospital by ambulance due to progressive deterioration in his general condition accompanied by loss of strength and appetite.
