Tetralogy of Fallot
Tetralogy of Fallot total repair could be performed minimally invasively through the axillary 4cm thoracotomy in the 4th ICS. Standard repair technique is used. No TV leaflet detachment is required. RV infundibular resection could be performed through the RV, trough the TV or both. Exposure maneuvers are extremely important.
