Patient with chronic sub valve pulmonary stenosis came to our center with chief complaint of dypnea as well chest pain in TTE as well TEE presence of subvalve stenosis confirmed undergone subvakve muscle resection and non trans annular patch closure if RVOT in order to preserve natural valve function cannulation performed bicaval and total inflow occlusion technique cardioplegia and infused from aortic root you can see wonderful outcome.
