A long dissecting flap for 32mm length dividing the LCX into two lumens a larger one with average diameters of 2 mm and a smaller one with average diameters of 1.5 mm in cross section. The smaller lumen shows partial thrombosis/non-calcified atherosclerotic plaque causing moderate stenosis.
The dissecting flap ends 14 mm before the apparently patent distal LCX stent.
No LCX branches till the end of the dissecting flap ,,,,
The rest of the LCX and its branches show mild atherosclerotic changes without significant stenotic lesions.
