Echo : ASD,PAPVD
CT : Sinus venous defect IVC / inferior type.
Red line represents the SV defect.
Sinus venosus defects (SVD) better seen in sagittal & coronal oblique ,, seen as if SVC or IVC overrides the IAS,no related rims.
