The Simulator Company (TSC) designs and manufactures award‑winning, high‑fidelity simulators that empower healthcare teams to save lives. Our platforms combine precision hardware, lifelike physiology, and AI‑driven analytics – including the world’s first modular ECMO simulation ecosystem – to deliver the most realistic training possible. As we expand globally, we’re looking for a Clinical Application Specialist with critical‑care and extracorporeal expertise to drive the success of our groundbreaking simulation technologies.
What You’ll Do
As our Clinical Application Specialist, you will be the clinical champion for our simulation products, owning their success from concept to classroom:
1. Training & Education (~40%)
•Design and deliver high‑impact ECMO and critical‑care simulation courses (onsite, virtual, and hybrid).
•Develop instructor guides, competency checklists, and debriefing frameworks aligned with ELSO, ERC, and ERAS standards.
•Lead engaging workshops for clinicians, educators, and distributors.
2. Sales & Commercial Support (~25%)
•Partner with our commercial team to run live product demos, evaluations, and conference workshops.
•Translate clinical value into ROI for hospitals and training centres, supporting tenders and product adoption.
•Act as the lead clinical voice at international trade shows and KOL events.
3. Product Documentation (~10%)
•Author and maintain IFUs, user manuals, quick‑start guides, and troubleshooting resources.
•Build a living knowledge base including FAQs, best‑practice videos, and support materials.
4. R&D & Product Innovation (~15%)
•Collaborate closely with hardware, software, and AI teams to co‑define product requirements.
•Run usability studies, validate prototypes, and ensure realistic, clinician‑in‑the‑loop simulation experiences.
5. Clinical Engagement & KOL Management (~10%)
•Build strong relationships with perfusionists, intensivists, anaesthetists, and simulation leads across Europe.
•Develop reference sites and advisory boards to gather feedback and shape our roadmap.
Who You Are
•A critical‑care clinician, perfusionist, or ECLS/ECMO educator with hands‑on experience.
•Passionate about simulation, technology, and improving clinical training outcomes.
•Confident in delivering training, engaging with customers, and collaborating with R&D teams.
•Excited to be the clinical voice shaping the future of extracorporeal simulation worldwide.
