A 2 y child with DCRV (Double Chambered RV), VSD
CT was done for anatomy.
DCRV with dynamic systolic obstruction by the hypertrophied septo-marginal muscle band (reaches 7 mm in thickness).
Incidental fining >> significant stenosis of the RSPV
