The less traumatic and best cosmetic approach for children with congenital heart defects is Right Axillary Mini-Thoracotomy. The problem with complex defects repair through the Right Axillary MIni – Thoracotomy is narrow wound and difficult exposure of VSD. The solution is to bring the heart closer to the skin. These surgical exposure maneuvers make minimally invasive VSD repair possible in every case of perimembranous VSD of TF repair. Child is 4 years old.
